1. Issue Description

The barrier indicated light keeps on even if there's no obstacle in front.

2. Possible Causes

1. Sensor position is incorrect or partially deformed

2. Sensitivity is too high

3. IR sensor or mainboard is faulty

3. Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check if the IR sensors are too close or deformed, try to slightly separate or straighten it and then check the indicator light.

2. Using a 2.5mm cross screwdriver to adjust the sensitivity regulator clockwise (Reduced sensitivity).

3. Replace an sensor to test to determine whether the problem lies with the infrared sensor or the connection port on the motherboard. If the problem persists after replacing the sensor, it may be that the connection port on the motherboard is abnormal.
