Please note: When the machine does not work properly when combined with the map, please first use the coding cards to test make sure the tap pen can control the movement of the mTiny normally.

1. Issue Description

When placing the robot on a map card, mTiny will not follow the set correct route, or will not move at all.

2. Possible Causes

1. Map extension pack is incompatible
2. Sensor on the bottom of the machine doesn't work
3. Firmware problem

3. Troubleshooting Steps

1. If the mTiny you are using is a C-end version kit, you cannot use the B-end map. You need to confirm that the map pack is compatible with the machine. Since there are many types of map packs, please send the product order number and the picture of the map pack you are using to the support team for confirmation.
2. Check if the sensor at the bottom of the device is blocked. (Location circled in red in the picture below)
