Case 7 - Main program

Part 1 Objective

After uploading the program, you can control mBot2 Rover's movements, guide it to follow lines, recognize colors, sense the light intensity, and even change its expressions, all through the Bluetooth controller.

Part 2 Preparation

  • Assembled mBot2 Rover × 1
  • Bluetooth controller × 1
  • USB cable (Type-C) × 1
  • Computer with network access × 1
Turn on mBot2 Rover, connect it to the computer by using the cable, and open mBlock 5 (PC client or web version). Turn on the Bluetooth controller, and connect it to mBot2 Rover by pressing the Bluetooth button. mBot2 Rover beeps once the Bluetooth connection is established.

Part 3 Programming

Click Example Programs > mBot2 Add-on Packs > Main program > OK to open the main program. Then click Connect > Connect > Upload Code to upload the main program to mBot2 Rover.
