1. What can I do if I cannot log in my account in mBlock5 app?
- try using the other mobiles;
- change to another network;
- check whether the same account logging in on the mBlock5 client/web side is normal;
- Provide your account number to makeblock technical staff to check whether the account exists and is legal, makeblock technical staff can help you reset the password.
