• Do not use this product in any environment with a temperature above the operating temperature range (5℃-35℃) of this product.
• To prevent short circuits or malfunctions, please do not let the camera come into contact with water or other liquids. 
• Handle the product carefully to avoid dropping it or exposing it to strong impacts.
• Ensure good ventilation to avoid overheating during prolonged use.
• To ensure effective recognition performance, avoid using the product in backlit or poorly lit areas.
• Recognition features may be influenced by factors such as the environment, the subjects, age, and gender. Please read the operation guide carefully when using the corresponding recognition features.

Electrical safety

• Use a 5 V/1 A adapter (not included) to power the product.
• The adapter (not included) used to power the product cannot be used as a toy.
• Check the cable and other parts periodically. If any damage is found, stop using the product until the damaged part is repaired.

Maintenance

• When cleaning the product, make sure that the product is powered off and disconnected from any external power supply.
• Please use a soft and dry cloth to clean the product; avoid using water, chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Do not disassemble, repair the product, or modify its structure by yourself.

Personal information security

• This product is equipped with a camera and a microphone. When you use the face recognition and speech recognition features, this product may collect personal information from you or the individuals involved. Before using this product, please carefully read and understand the Privacy and Usage Notice and Terms of Use on the product's Settings page. During use, you need to adhere to local laws and regulations on personal information security. If you disagree with the processing of personal information, please do not use related features.
• For minors using features that need to collect personal information, prior consent from a parent or guardian is required.
• To protect your personal information, please reset the device to delete all data stored on it before reselling, gifting, discarding, or otherwise disposing of it.
• Do not use this product for unauthorized surveillance, discrimination, or other unethical purposes.
• Do not use this product to upload or generate violent, pornographic, or illegal images, videos, audios, or texts. Otherwise, the Company reserves its right to deny services.
