This article applies to mBot and mBot Ranger.
Issue Description
When mBot or mBot Ranger connects to the mBlock Blockly APP and runs the level-passing game, the product does not follow the original instructions of the program. It gets stuck at a certain level that cannot be passed by repeated attempts.
Possible Causes
1. The program created by the user at this level does not meet the requirements given by the APP.
2. The sensor or other part involved in this level-game malfunctions, causing the program to not work properly.
Troubleshooting Steps
1. If the blocks in the program are misplaced, missing, or redundant, the blocks may flash red when you click to run. You can provide a screenshot of the program directly to the support team for testing and confirmation.
2. You can also use other methods (mBlock program, preset mode, etc.) to test whether possible sensors involved such as the ultrasonic module is faulty.
