Possible Cause 1: Bluetooth adapter Is Used
Solution: If the firmware cannot be upgraded when the device is connected via Bluetooth adapter, please reconnect it through USB and try again.
Possible Cause 2: Wrong Device Selection
Solution: Check if you select the wrong device when connected. (mBot2 needs to connect CyberPi).
Possible Cause 3: mBlock 5 Software Bug
Solution: Go to the webpage of mBlock 5 and try to upgrade the firmware again.
Please be aware that the mBlock 5 webpage requires mLink. If it is missing, some functions may be affected.
If the firmware can be upgraded on the website, the mBlock5 software may have bugs. This issue can be solved by installing the up-to-date mBlock 5 software from our official website.
Possible Cause 4: Driver Faulty
Please refer to the article below to check if the driver works properly. If not, please download the CH340 driver from here. Uninstall the driver before installing the new one.
