In a Nutshell
Step by Step
Possible Cause 1: Old Firmware
Solution: Update CyberPi's firmware to the latest version.

Possible Cause 2: CyberPi Mounted Improperly
For example, the CyberPi isn't fitted onto mBot2 as shown below.
Please fit CyberPi to mBot2 and press down firmly to make sure.
Possible Cause 3: Port Pin is Bent or Damaged
Solution: Please check the port pin and contact support for advice.
If all the above has been done and nothing seems to be wrong;
It could be that the mBot2 Shield itself is faulty, please contact support for advice.
