The Connection Button is Grey
After connecting the device to the computer via USB,
mBlock 5 keeps showing "scanning serial port in progress",
and the connection button is inactive.

If the device manager already has a driver program, but mBlock 5 cannot find the port, it is likely because the security software prevents the launch of an identification program. Please quit the security software and the firewall before reinstalling the latest mBlock 5 software.
The Connection Error Message
After the device is connected to the computer via USB,
a pop-up window on mBlock 5 shows that Connection failed though the port is found.
Possible Cause 1: The CH340 Driver isn't Working

Possible Cause 2: The COM Port is Occupied.
You may find mBlock 5 cannot be connected even if the port looks fine in the device manager. This happens if the port is occupied by a device before mBot2 is connected.
